Beth Hamilton - One-Armed Hero

She's definiitley a hero of mine.

Her faith guided her through a traumatizing event (having her arm bitten off by a twelve-foot eight-inch toger shark), and god saved her life even in that (if the shark had bitten in two inches deeper she would have died no matter what), and she still got back in the water to surf, and she's now a nationaly ranked profesional.
An a-rank inspiration and hero.
